Toy Rental Service

Rainbow Toys provides toy rental services for children of various age groups.
All toys are sanitized and safety-checked before delivery.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice.

Subscription Plans

Multiple subscription plans available with different features and pricing.
Plan features and pricing are subject to change with advance notice.
Subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plans as per policy.
All plan benefits are clearly outlined at the time of subscription.

User Responsibilities

Account Management

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
One account per household policy applies to prevent misuse.

Toy Care

Users must handle rented toys with reasonable care and caution.
Toys should be kept in a safe, clean environment away from pets and harsh conditions.
Users are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Lost or severely damaged toys may incur replacement charges.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made through approved payment methods only.
Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.

Additional Charges

Late return fees may apply for toys returned beyond the allowed period.
Damage or replacement charges for lost/damaged toys as per assessment.
Delivery charges may apply for locations outside standard service areas.
All additional charges will be clearly communicated before application.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver toys within 2-5 business days in most service areas.
Delivery schedules may vary based on location and toy availability.
Users must be available at the provided address during delivery windows.
Delivery attempts will be made as per our standard delivery policy.

Return Policy

Toys must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted).
Return pickup will be scheduled as per the subscription plan terms.
Users can request early returns or exchanges subject to availability.
All toys must be returned before account cancellation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.
All rented toys must be returned before cancellation is processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as per our refund policy and applicable laws.
Service credits may be provided for service interruptions or issues.
Refund processing time varies by payment method (typically 5-10 business days).
Disputed charges can be raised through customer support channels.

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

Toy Safety

All toys meet safety standards, but users must supervise children during play.
We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or unsupervised play.
Users should inspect toys upon receipt and report any safety concerns immediately.
Age-appropriate toy selection is the responsibility of the user.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website and app is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Rainbow Toys logo, trademarks, and brand elements are our exclusive property.
User-generated content may be used by us for promotional purposes with attribution.

Third-Party Content

Some toys and content may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights.
Users must respect all intellectual property rights of toy manufacturers.
We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials.
Any intellectual property disputes should be reported to us immediately.

Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
